康復後7個月了.只要不運動就會呼吸不順.再怎麼深呼吸都沒辦法把肺充滿的感覺太可怕.請好好防疫.不要鬆懈🌹
SpO2 at 99 on workout day, SpO2 at 96/97 on not workout day, the difference can be so big, also, it’s really hard to fill up my lungs no matter how many deep breaths I take on no workout day, even I’ve recovered from Covid19 over 7 months.
You don’t want to experience this. Do strict SOP please.
